K-MET a. s. prefers a contractual relationship with key trading partners, it ensures that both of them agree clear conditions for cooperation. The agreement is the explicit permission and also primarily framework for use of trademark KINEX, but also the anticipated volume of business. Contract signature is also important in terms of that the company K-MET a. s. is licensed exclusively to Kinex a.s. and thus provided contract protects potential business partners against third party requirements.
