KINEX Measuring a.s. - Strategic Partnership

We are pleased to inform you that on June 11, 2015 our company finalized our long-term strategy of capital conjunction with the trading and manufacturing group HTC Holding a.s and its subsidiaries KINEX Bearings Inc. respectively.
At the same time we agreed to change the legal status and the name of the company from KIN MT Production Ltd. to KINEX Measuring Inc. (joint-stock company). The registration of these changes at Trade Register is a formal matter of a few days. By this important change KINEX Measuring Inc. became part of HTC Holding as "KINEX" trademark owner.

At the same time we agreed to change the legal status and the name of the company from KIN MT Production Ltd. to KINEX Measuring Inc. (joint-stock company). The hardest part to be able to obtain a strong strategic partner was to develop our growth to 100% yearly. In 2014 we achieved a turnover of EUR 1.5 million and in the first months of 2015 increased the number of employees to 40.
We have strengthened the machinery to the extent that we approached the limit of 1.500 m2 of production area, which is the limit that our current manufacturing facility provides.
For the reason mentioned reason we decided to move production to larger premises which will enable us further developent of the capacity by 200-300%. In the second half of 2015, we will continue to invest in machining, laser technologies and technologies that enable processing of new promising materials, including special coatings which offer unprecedented design possibilities.
We plan to make full use of synergies within the group HTC Holding companies processing lightweight materials, materials special properties used in aerospace and in the most demanding segments of the automotive industry. Within the next 3 years these findings and materials will be applied for the products to supply to our global customers in the field of measuring instruments.
A key area will be development of new products and manufacturing. The most creative solutions will be in charge of our design and development teams in Czech Republic, Slovakia and potentially also in Switzerland. These include among others precise length and angle gauges, analog, digital and optical measuring instruments.
In terms of production our highest priority is to have innovative solutions, improve the quality of production and products. We have implemented German standards into the existing manufacturing processes (including final inspection). Our top range of Squares 4026-XX meet DIN standards according to the calibration process, VDI / VDE / DGQ 2618 Blatt 7.1, which are already calibrated for demanding EU customers company Mühle Messzeuge GmbH.
We firmly believe that in the next three years we will be able to build premium production of measuring instruments of the highest quality and product level. These products enable our quality and technically oriented partners to achieve significantly above-average returns.
